It is important to establish correct expectations before going into any hair appointment. Personalized results can take time, materials and a budget. When booking with Claire you can expect to receive results. The menu of services is designed to offer you the most value with the greatest results. Even what may appear to be the "simplest" color may take several appointments to achieve. Open communication and patience are essential to setting both yourself and your stylist up for success during this process. Consultations are the perfect opportunity to communicate your needs and wants with your stylist as well as what is attainable for you during each visit.

Protecting Your Investment

Pre-booking: Pre-booking a follow up appointment will guarantee that your hair maintains it's fresh appearance year around. As demand grows, booking in advance allows you to receive priority for your services. Depending on your personalized style, follow up appointments are recommended to be booked between 6-12 weeks. The less time between appointments means less regrowth, which can mean less services and more budget friendly. 

Purchasing at home haircare: Claire uses and recommends only the best haircare products for your hair. These products are designed to maintain hair health, overall quality and color preservation. You will want to take home shampoo, conditioner, treatments, styling aids, and finishing products. At home haircare is designed to protect your hair once it is color treated. Protecting your hair is protecting your investment while preparing it for your next session.

Cancellation Policy

Claire uses the online booking app Style Seat to schedule all appointments for her clientele. StyleSeat will send texts and/or emails to confirm your service appointments 1-5 business days prior to your appointment date. If we are unable to reach you or you have opted out of notifications please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice Claire misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on the waiting list also miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointments are confirmed in advance because it is incredibly easy to forget an appointment that you’ve booked weeks or months in advance. Since the services are customized and reserved for each client personally, a cancellation fee will apply so please take note of the cancellation policy outlined below in order to avoid a fee.
